Falck expands to Lithuania
Falck has acquired the Lithuanian assistance company Atlas Assistance. “Another great step in our strategy”, says CEO Bo Uggerhoj, Falck Assistance
Falck has acquired 100% of UAB Altas Assistance, situated in Vilnius, Lithuania. Altas is the country’s market leader within assistance services and mainly provides roadside and medical assistance services.
The company wasestablished in 2006 and it has 22 employees. Altas has its own roadside assistance vehicles in Vilnius and has a network to cover other parts of the country.
“This acquisition is another great step in Falck Assistance’s strategy in providing services to the main commercial clients in the Nordic and Baltic countries”, says Falck Assistance CEO Bo Uggerhoj. After the acquisition, Falck is present in 45 countries in the world.
